All rates are based on one couple. Extra adults @ $30/night. Extra Children @ $20/night

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking with balance to be paid seven (7 )days prior to arrival.

Please be aware that a booking will only be held for seven (7) days without a confirming deposit.

Cancellation fees apply to all bookings:

 21-60 days prior to booking - 50% of deposit. 

Up to 21 days prior to booking - I 00% of deposit.

 Less than 7 days notice - I 00% of booking.

All tariffs subject to change without notice.

Apartments are available from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival & until  11.00 am on day of departure.

Winter rates apply May 1- Oct 30                                                 Summer rates apply Nov 1 - April 30
